Elderberry is a natural compound that supports the immune system. Research shows that elderberry extract provides protective effects against colds and flu. Thanks to its anthocyanidin content, it boosts the immune response and has been proven effective in fighting viruses (Maggini et al., 2017).
Vitamin C is one of the key components of the immune system. It has been shown that adequate Vitamin C intake can reduce the risk of infection and support the function of immune cells (Carr et al., 2017).
Zinc plays an important role in regulating immune function. Adequate zinc intake strengthens the immune system and increases resistance to disease. Zinc deficiency may increase susceptibility to infections (Prasad, 2008).

SUGGESTED USE
It is recommended to take 1 measuring cup (10 ml) once daily for children aged 4 to 10 years, and 1 measuring cup (10 ml) twice daily for individuals aged 11 years and above.
